Élysée Scents – Returns & Refunds Policy
At Élysée Scents, each fragrance is crafted with care and packaged with intention. Because perfume is a personal and hygienic product, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind, opened items, or if the scent is not to your preference.
Returns Eligibility
We only accept returns or issue replacements in the following circumstances:
• The item arrived damaged.
• You received the incorrect product.
• The product is faulty or defective.
What to Do if Your Order Arrives Damaged or Incorrect
1. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at our contact form page.
2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
3. Once approved, we will arrange either a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.
Return Postage
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
If your return is approved, we recommend using a tracked service, as Élysée Scents cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Important Notes
• All claims must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• We do not offer refunds for change of mind or personal preference.
• Returns must be in their original packaging, unused and unopened (where applicable).
