At Élysée Scents, we take care to ensure your fragrances arrive safely and swiftly. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

Shipping Within Australia Only

We currently ship exclusively within Australia. Shipping is through AusPost.

Processing Times

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase.

• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Timeframes

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (depending on your location).

• Remote or regional areas may take longer.

Shipping Rates

• Flat rate: $10

• Free shipping on orders over $85

Express is currently unavailable

Tracking

All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way.

Packaging

Lost or Delayed Parcels

• Once your order has been dispatched, Élysée Scents is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or courier services.
